Can I see how Sunday works before I pay?
Yes, you can view all the tools and tasks you need to sell your home. In fact, you can create your home’s profile, start filling out and saving your documents. Once you choose to have a home estimate done, download, or list to the MLS, we charge you the low flat fee.

Who pays the buyer’s agent?
Sellers now have the option (as a result of the 2024 anti-trust settlement) to not pay the buyer's agent commission. However, the seller can (and we recommend) incentivize the deal by offering to pay all or some of the buyer’s agent's commission.

Does Sunday list my home on the MLS?
Yes, included in our flat fee is the ability to list your home on your local MLS for maximum exposure.

Is Sunday available outside of California?
Currently, we are only doing transactions in California. We expect to be a national service expanding to all other states as soon as possible.

What are the differences between DIY and Live Agent?
With DIY, you get access to Sunday’s tools, documents, scheduling, and more. You do not get professional agents live chat help, though you can upgrade at any point to the Live Agent option.

Is the “live agent” option worth it?
We added the live agent option for sellers that aren’t comfortable doing it all on their own. Our live agents are available to help answer any questions and help you navigate this process easily and comfortably.

What do I get when I pay for the “live agent” option?
You get all the tools and resources to sell your home as well as the ability to live chat with a licensed agent at any time.

How does it work if I only pay for the “do it myself” option?
We’ll still give you all the tools and resources to sell your home on your own. The only difference is you don’t have access to our live agent chat.

Is Sunday’s platform suitable for both residential and commercial property sales?
